Refund Policy

At FKM Office Chair Repair, customer trust is our most valuable asset. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for our repair services and replacement parts.

1. Service Inspection Process

Every repair begins with a free on-site or in-workshop inspection. After inspection, we share a transparent quote covering parts, labour and warranty. No work is performed without your written or verbal approval.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:

  • The replaced part fails within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
  • The same issue recurs within 15 days of service and is confirmed by our technician to be related to the original repair.
  • You paid in advance and we are unable to perform the service due to reasons within our control.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

Inspection and travel fees, once incurred, are non-refundable. Damage caused by misuse, overloading beyond chair specifications, exposure to liquids, or third-party tampering after our service is not eligible for refund.

4. Cancellation Terms

You may cancel a booked service at any time before our technician departs for your location at no charge. Cancellations after the technician has arrived may incur a nominal visit charge to cover travel costs. Corporate AMC contracts are governed by separate cancellation terms specified in the signed agreement.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within the eligible period with your service date, invoice number, and a description of the issue. We will inspect the work and respond within 3 working days.
